help regarding ASUS M2A-MX BIOS !

    i have ASUS M2A MX motherboard and i bought it last year in feb2009.... i want to update the BIOS.can
    any 1 provide me the links to the latest BIOS for it as am not well at searching it.
    2nd is that please suggest me a method how can i load ( or wat eva the technical term is:rolleyes: ) that new bios. plz help. am absolutely new to BIOS modifiations.
