    Hello to everyone here,

    Im new this bios modding and was wondering if you would mind helping me out a little please.

    Ive been reading a little here and have found instructions as to what to do but cant find the items that i need:

    Step One: -- Before you get a modded BIOS... be sure to find the correct certificate file and serial key for your type of system. If you're going to be using an Asus BIOS... make sure you find the "asus.xrm-ms" certificate file and an OEM serial key that matches your preferred version of Vista (eg Ultimate, Home, etc).

    I am going to be using Vista ultimate 64bit on my gigabyte mobo (i alredy have the modded bios for my board). Could someone please tell me where i can get the asus.xrm-ms and the oem serial key

    Kind regards

    Kyle

    Putting an OEM key in Vista

    Extract your Vista DVD and inside the Sources folder create a new text file and copy paste the text below inside and save the file as PID.TXT

    [PID]
    Value=(your OEM Vista key here)

    Now take your OEM XRM-MS file that matches your key and copy the file to:

    SOURCES\$OEM$\$$\SYSTEM32\OEM

    If the $OEM$ and subfolders dont exsist, create them.

    Burn the contents as a bootable DVD and you have your OEM disk!
