Hi. I recently bought a DELL laptop Win8 Single Language English version which came with a physical Spanish keyboard (with this I mean it includes "ñ") so by force input language should be Spanish while GUI langue will stay in English due to SL version. Problem is now that input language is set to spanish as default some tiles in Metro show spanish (eg. weather says "tiempo", in app shows spanish content).

Is there anyway to set all apps to show English while preserving spanish input method? Hope someone can help me asap. Thanks.

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the apps after location was set to US and rebooting?

I changed my input language to English (deleting spanish input) and this made all my apps back to english. Then I changed back input method to Spanish wich made all apps back to spanish. Is there any way to keep spanish input method but with English content apps ?

I don't know. That's a good question. You could try searching the web.

Keep both English and Spanish listed as languages in control panel. Set English as the default language for the computer. Use Spanish only for keyboard input.

edit: abbodi beat me to it.
