Help seperating OS from EFI setup

    I had Server2012 UEFI installed.
    I installed Windows 8 non UEFI to a separate hard drive for dual boot ( So server2012 drive was still connected).

    Now I realized my windows 8 hard drive won't boot without the Server2012 drive EFI handling the boot.

    Can I use the OS CD to run a start up repair on the Win8 drive alone to get it to boot?
