Hi Guys, I am helping a friend who has a Toshiba laptop that has Windows 8.1 preinstalled. It was sent for a hardware repair then they gave a new generated DPK for it since hardware was replaced. However, using the DPK to reactivate it does not work, checking logs showed that the Software Protection Platform service has an error 0x80070005. Some troubleshooting steps were done already, but it won't activate. Any idea? If additional information is needed, I'll try to provide it. TIA
