[Help] Windows 8.1 x86 and x64 Taiwan zh-TW LP are not available?

    Hello! Is there some source to get Chinese(Taiwan) zh-TW Language Pack (cab) for Windows 8 and 8.1?
    Still MS political reason, It is not easy to get. Pls help me.:worthy:
