Help with audio and new headphones

    Just curious, are Windows 10 drivers available from the manufacturer?

    Nope. It's a Dell Latitude D630. It was running perfectly with Windows 10 10240 but the Store crashed and I reinstalled Windows 10 and the sound problems started there since August 2015. That's why I want to reinstall Windows 10 and try again the sound with the headphones but I need to know first if I need to go to 10586 or try the Redstone builds until August 2nd

    Have you tried to use the hardware identification at device manager to search for a compatible driver online? I would suggest you install build 10586 and start from there.
