    Hi,
I'm working a bit on an old pc to get it working again. The mainboard is a 486-GIO-VT2 from First International Computer (fic) and was made in 1994. Now I cant to use a cyrix cpu (cx486dx) and the manual says RN22 has to be inserted/installed, but I have no clue what RN22 is.
The 486-GIO-VT is simular to the VT2 and also needs something inserted in one of the RN connectors, so it's probably the same thing.
I already contacted fic and the just refuse to help me because the product isn't supported anymore.

So anyone who knows what should be in RN22?

    Thanks in advance

I don't really know what a terminator is, but wikipadia says it's used to reduce or completely kill of interference.
But may I assume that if the pc runs stable without the terminator the terminator isn't necessary?
