I recently upgraded the windows7 32-bit on it to 64 bit. thepc is working fine ordinarily,as in system operations and programmes,but once i plug in the charger the pc restarts. and after it gets fully charged it restarts repeatedly within say 20 minutes. after checking out several related topics on websites and forums it appears the best idea is to upgrade the bios. this is now my problem. ive searched everywhere...it seems even SAmsung do not remember the ever made the laptop..its nowhere on their website,and their bios update software keep saying "cannot download". the current bios type is 01lp.M002.20090304. can someone please help with anything that can be of help?
I downloaded it. after extraction just as it is about to begin the actual bios update it fails. I'm even more confused now.
