Since i installed 10240 i will check the needed adaptions in WU TOOL. It checks WU for offered Updates on that specific machine you use it on and then parses WindowUpdate.log to get the download links and downloads them if wished using wget. At least you can install them afterwards or later (or even integrate with it)

And you can install WU MSUs directly. Tested to unpack to cab first, but i actually noticed no difference.

In fact I have two updates to download: KB3074678 & KB3074681.

I have just downloaded your tool, WUTool v1.04 found them in a matter of seconds and gave me the option to install them.

As i can see only thing we need is an option to select What to download and install.

    GREAT TOOL

You can still edit the lists written by the tool. Check the OP of the thread it mentiones them :D.

What option you used? (I) and then (O)?

    (OP)
I used first I (install menu), then O (online) got the list, after that P (procede) but then "no updates found in folder" "press a key to continue" done it, again same messages, Then new options D (download), M (back to menĂº), preseed D "no update links found" D (download), M (back to menĂº), pressed D "System can't find file E.\WU.TOOL.v.1.04\loadlist.txt

Use 'Set Variables' option and point to update folder. Then it will check the folder after asking WU :D.

It might need adaptions to get the names correctly. As said, i will check the next days.
