Hello, I have Asus P8Z68-V PRO mainboard, I want to run win 8 64 and mountain lion mac os on my machine, I already modded my bios that is last version 3603, with the latest rom modules for controllers vga lan etc. Now im starting my hackingtosh modding, so reading about it I see about SLIC, now I don't know exaclty, what is it what does? Do I needed? How it will help me, and if I run Mac Os will this help? I always want to make all possible tweaks to get my machine better so if SLIC will do this I need to know, Thanks in advance! If you need any info please ask and ill provide asap! I have a desktop pc and I can activate my win 8 64 bits that I have from torrents so not licensed windows, SLIC is only for this, for the windows activation? and SLIC is only needed for Laptops or for computers that can`t activate windows proper?
But I don't have problems in activating it, is activated all good, so SLIC is for those who can`t activate? all windows I could activate win7 and win8, thank you for the info
