Since he's Chinese, I think the caps look more like his Chinese block script (characters). Just a guess.

    普雷斯卡表示:“这是一个是否掌握数据的问题,而不是信息存放地点的问题。”不过她同时表示将暂时不生效这一判决,因此微软可以就这一判决向美国第二巡回上诉法院进行上诉。

I don't think they produced a Traditional Chinese version of WinXP x64 but they did do a Multilingual User Interface addon.

    Code:
Windows Multilingual User Interface (x64) - (Chinese-Simplified, Chinese-Traditional, and Korean)
ISO Multiple Languages Release Date: 9/12/2005 Details
    562 MB

This file applies to multiple editions of Windows XP and Windows Server 2003. Please see the readme for edition and language details.
    File Name: ko_chs_cht_windows_multilingual_user_interface_x64_cd.iso
Languages: Korean, Chinese - Traditional, Chinese - Simplified
    SHA1: e0ff8e91e1e86f6387617c64e76dd8350ece5399

Thanks you for your replies bro!
For my PC that is no problem to running XP,
but there is a difficult problem to make a XP USB boot disk for me.
I had been try many times past few days ,
i don't know why that my PC detected my USB as a local disk eveytime ,
is it the point i cant make the disk?
And should i try to solve this problem 1st?

    other question,
which file should I move to USB? .iso or extracted .iso files?

Sorry just putting the files on a USB will do nothing.

Did you look up WinSetUpFromUSB1.4 ?
This works, I have tested it.

Has your machine got a dvd\cd rom ? If so just stick with booting from CD, it's much easier.

Read up on making an OEM disc.

Couple of apps to help you out would be PowerISO and nLite.
I use nLite to create my bootable .iso images once I have amended the files to make an OEM disc.

PowerISO is used to extract the .iso files in the first place and is not a bad burning tool too. Saying that I use Ashampoo Burning Studio fo such jobs.

Give those links a good read over a couple of times, it will help.

Looking at your board I will suggest going into your BIOS and making sure the SATA is set to IDE and not AHCI.

XP will need extra AHCI drivers added to the image to allow it to be installed onto SATA AHCI.

This is what maybe causing problems.

By looking at that pic I see one little problem.

When selecting the USB drive you should also be tabbing the "Auto format it with FBinst" and selecting NTFS !!!

Then selecting your .iso files or infact if the .iso files have been extracted you can select that folder.
