Been here a week or so and after much reading I found out how to install Win7 Home Prem on an Acer laptop for a friend who had a so called IT bod install a dodgy copy of Win7 and also managed to delete the image partition, so now he has a legit Win7 machine with all updates and a new Partition with an image for restoring if the need be.
