It did thanks guys. One more thing i need help with and rather starting a new thread ill hijack this one lol How do i register a file ext with windows? I want to register .divx so i can change the icon for this file type, the video already plays but has no icon thanks
Just an update, found an easier way to update the ICON for all video files from a single location. Code: [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\SystemFileAssociations\video\DefaultIcon] This setting over-rides all others when the "PerceivedType" is set to Video (which appears to be the default)
