    Hello.
Maybe somebody will find useful to create direct shortcus to any of your "dial-ups" like UMTS, CDMA etc. WITHOUT pointing to charm.
    If you run:
    Code:
    ncpa.cpl
(All network connections) and try to create shortcut from there, it will not work, it will still open charm, when such shortcut is double-clicked.

    So here is the hint:
For the connection named for example "O2 UMTS", make following shortcut:

    Command line:
    Code:
    C:\Windows\System32\rasautou.exe -o -f "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Network\Connections\Pbk\rasphone.pbk" -e "O2 UMTS"
    Working directory:
    Code:
    C:\Windows\System32\
    Enjoy.
