    hi i downloaded windows 8.1 pro vl and setup
    but how can i active
    i tried to call this 08000188354 to active by phone via skype
    but it say no answer
    any help??

    Hello,

    You should have a genuine MAK / KMS Key to activate, you can't activate over phone by using the Leaked Retail Keys.

    but the problem the phone not answer
    how can i fix this like this i got from skype

    no way i tried to activate pro via skype but every key refuses....

    Unless you know or possess a server activated by a CSVLK that can activate Windows 8.1, not at all.
