How add WMC to Windows 8 Pro KMS activated?

    First sorry for my bad english. I installed Windows 8 Pro with this key -*****-J8CK4 and activated with KMS. My system works perfectly, but when I have upgrade with free upgrade WMC key I not have function add features and Add features to Windows 8.Please help and thanks alot.

    VL version cannot be upgraded to proWMC. It only can be done with retail

    you are the wrong
    the original VL does'nt have WMC in-built

    whereas the VL-converted retail edition have that feature
