Try copying the SPP folder...that's your only solution until Advanced Tokens Manager gets updated :D

What about MTK 2.49? Works perfectly. No need to backup your spp folder.

Wait until the Oct GA. Upgrade using the upgrade download.
When all is finished, save your %windir%\system32\spp\store\2.0\data.dat and tokens.dat files.

You could theoretically transfer activation files from 8.0 using a mount and file copy, but it would sort-of frankenbuild your activation files.
It'd be much better to use the upgrade program that will sort out your activation for you. Then you can backup the end result.

I know it's not the answer you are looking for, but it's the best advice I can give.
If you want to play around with mounting and copying files over for a vm test, by all means do.
For your main system, I'd exercise more caution.

The last thing you'd want is to think everything is perfect and have some WAT update screw you over.

So, I think we should wait until October to update by store, in this case using up by store the activation of office 2103 remain?

As long as it's not KMS activated, it should stick.
I've just tested an office 2013 VolumeMAK on Win8.1 and it worked, so I'd say that it should upgrade and keep it just fine; whether it's Retail or MAK.

If the office2013 is retail/MAK activated, it would be quite simple:

    1. save all files/folders in system32\spp\store of win8.
    2. after install win8.1, install office2013, Don't launch it.
    3. replace all files/folders in system32\spp\store\2.0 with those from win8
    4. CMD(admin), where X=drive of win8.1, enter:
    cscript "X:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15\OSPP.VBS" /inpkey:<your key>

launch office, you should find it activated. :D
