How can I change esd/iso language offline ?

    I've got a Win10 en-us .esd, and an eng-gb language pack, what's the easiest "offline" way to end up with an en-gb iso?
    Is there a tool or script to do this?
    (I've googled, but not finding much)

    Why not to download fresh/latest/current genuine en-gb iso? It is free for everyone.

    Because I'm currently on 14946 Pro x64 en-gb, and the latest build - 14951 is not showing up yet (for me) in windows update
