How can i convert Visio Professional 2013 with SP1 (x64) - (English) to VL

    ok i used microsoft office toolkit 2.5.1 to convert office 2013 to VL edition

    however how can i obtain VL edition of visio from this file ?

    Visio Professional 2013 with SP1 (x64) - (English)
    en_visio_professional_2013_with_sp1_x64_3910816.exe

    so aren't there any way to do this without using that svm exe ?
