How can I get the latest LTSC and LTSC Enterprise Builds?

    A couple of questions:
    How can I convert the Multi sfv to LTSB 2016?
    Are there any offline language packs so I can create an AIO iso with NTLite?
    I've tried downloading the LTSC releases via the SVF.ISO.CONVERTER-master tool (as it converts the en-US EVAL relese to consumer with the preffered language) but always returns an error on the conversion part
