How can I set BCD bootmenupolicy to remain Legacy?

    Hi All, how can I set BCD bootmenupolicy to remain Legacy?
    I have mounted both install.wim & winre.wim and set the BCD-Template file to Legacy:
    Code:
    bcdedit /store c:\mount\Windows\System32\Config\BCD-Template /set {default} bootmenupolicy Legacy
    When I install the Win8.1 bootmenupolicy IS set to Legacy.

    If I perform a Reset, bootmenupolicy is set back to Standard.
    I have checked both BCD-Template files & they are still set to Legacy.

    Any idea what's wrong?? Thanks!!

    Just found this:
    So it looks like I need to set those to Legacy as well...
