For years I’ve been using the same pst-file with Outlook and it now has grown quite big . To speed up Outlook performance, I thought about splitting up my pst-file into multiple files. Is there any way I could split up my pst-file into yearly archives?
Hii Soffy You are absolutely right . Splitting is best way to improve Outlook performance. As you want to split PST files by Year , I would like to suggest SysTools split PST tool that helps you to split your large and heavy PST files by Year. The software provides three more options to split PST files i.e. You can split PST by Date, Size and by Folder. Download free demo version to check reliability and stability of the tool. Demo version allows you to split 50 emails from Outlook without any cost.
Hi,, Soffythomson I would advice you to try third party Kernel for PST Split software to split your large PST file according to date, year, and size. It is much capable of splitting every item of PST file like calendar, journals, contacts and email folders inbox, outbox, deleted Items, sent Items, drafts, etc.
Hi Soffythomson, I think you are put up the unique and most important question. Most of the users are suffering from same issue.
