How can I use key Norton 360 on VM and True computer?

    I checked key for N360 V4 by VM, it is OK with 366 days. But when I active it on true computer, it doesn't work!

    VM = VM lite XP

    Computer = Windows 7 Ultimate

    Now, how can I recover this key or lost $15 (in my country it cheap by Agent).

    Ask the guys that made Norton. They're called symantec.
