How do I create a Themepack with BrandImage?

If I create a Theme, I can insert a BrandImage. One changes the theme file manually like for example in the Theme Avatar

; Windows 7 - IDS_THEME_DISPLAYNAME_AERO
DisplayName=Avatar
BrandImage=%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\Avatar\avatarlogo2.png)

the BrandImage is also indicated. Unfortunately one thus cannot store it as Themepack-File. But there are Themepacks, which contain a BrandImage.
