    I am running BIE's X64 October 09 OEM DVD release and would like to know which boot loader the release is using.

    Where are the loaders stored and what can I look for to determine the version?

    The following files are in the C:\Windows\Setup\SCRIPTS folder.
    * bie7_inst
    * bie7_uninst
    * SETUPCOMPLETE

    Is this the loader and is it worth using?

    My advice to you is:

    read this http://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/11103?highlight=BIE

    You may look at the root of your partition to find a hidden file named something like W7ldr, this will be the loader.

    The setupcomplete is a command file that run a custom script after the setup is complete, the script install the loader.
