If an Website has an Admin Log on, there would be somewhere on the Mainpage an button for to open that Admin page. For my one of my own Websites, which contains Company data, I also use an double Log on page, the first one shown automatic up while open the Website and the second will come after that whit the differential log on for the different users. The whole Website is crypted and therefore need the initial Log on!

Normally, if you got legal access to an site, you should also get the info how to open all those section you'll have legal access too. It's all about how those site is created and structured. Also, that procedures could differs quite a lot depends on the Language used for to create the site!
