I'm new to the BIOS mod scene, so please forgive me if this is an noob question. I searched the forums but couldn't find an answer.

I found a modified BIOS with and ACER 2.1 for my mobo on this forum (mine is the ASRock ALiveNF5SLI-1394). I understand how to flash the BIOS, but I don't understand what I'm supposed to do with an ACER BIOS at that point ... as far as I can tell ACER doesn't make OEM Windows 7 discs, so what disc do I use for the OS?

Do I have to find a restore partition disc of some sort? Can I use another Windows 7 disc I have - I have a 64-bit Windows 7 OEM for System Builders disc that I used on another system - will that disc work with this BIOS? Thanks!

You do not, instead you install Win7 whatever edition and after install OEM SLP key & certificate (keys are in the sticky in Win 7 section, certificates in sticky above)
