    Hi Everyone.
My plight is a s follows:
I have a Dell Dimension9150, which has 3 sata drives. Maxtor 250GB (Partitioned, XP Pro on original partition and windows 7 on the other, well now deleted), Maxtor320 & Samsung 160gb (for data storage). When I now boot up i still get the dual boot screen asking which OS to start. Here lies my problem as I want to revert the PC back to a single boot machine, so i can reinstall Win 7 at a later date.

Is there anyone that can help me, please?

    Kev:confused:

    Hi kevinneal,
This has been answered loads of times before, you should do a search before asking.

1.Boot up and log on to Windows XP desktop.
2.Insert the Windows 7 DVD installation disc into your DVD drive.
3.Run Command Prompt, or click Start menu -> Run command.
4.At the command prompt or the Run box, type the following command and hit Enter:
    [DVD Drive Letter]:\boot\bootsect.exe /nt52 ALL /force
    5. Reboot your PC.

You should boot straight into WinXP. ;)
