I'm trying to run 11 Windows 24h 2 on a 2007 laptop (dell inspiron 1501), but the laptop is constantly rebooting
I doubt the CPU will be supported, it needs the SSE4.2 support and if it does, check here: Win 11 Boot And Upgrade FiX KiT (v5.1f Released!!!) But i also doubt running 24H2 on such ancient hardware (and even more specific laptops) will make you happy.
CPUs that can run windows 11 24H2(cover instructions requirements) are manufactured in 2010 and up(intel) or 2011 and up(amd). Any Core 2 Duo/Quad or Phenom and its derivatives or older can't run 24H2. Stick to 23H2 if you insist on windows 11 so much.
You don't. The CPU in your laptop is NOT supported on Windows 11 24H2. And there is nothing you can do to make it work with 24H2. I strongly suggest you fall back to Windows 10, or if you insist on Windows 11, back to 23H2 as shhnedo said above, if you want to continue to run Windows on your old laptop.
yup, it's pretty much impossible {as in 0% chance) to reliably run Win11 24H2 on the Dell Inspiron 1501 notebook pc, which features an AMD Turion 64 X2 processor (release date for that was around either mid-2006 or early 2007), which is the AMD equivalent to an Intel Core 2 cpu
try installing w11 21h2 from my signature, it runs on any pc with x64 and 800mb of ram as a minimum and about 10gb of space to install it is pt-br but after installing you can change it to the desired language
