Just download the trial from M$, then OEM activate, what could be easier?

It will install without a key. That's been a standard for M$ for a while now.

I recommend using Daz Loader which automatically loads an SLIC on startup and installs a matching certificate and SLP Key for you. If you have an SLIC in your BIOS you can also use this to install a matching certificate and key for you. This only works for Standard, Foundation, and Enterprise editions though.

If you are installing Home Server 2010 your only options are IR4 and Chew7. I recommend Chew7, because it looks easier. RemoveWAT could also work, but it's unsupported so I wouldn't use it.

If you are installing any of the other versions, I recommend KMS activation. KMSA is a good KMS activator as sebus also linked it.
