that mean i can use the code "above" and place "cert.xrm-ms" in "\System32\OEM\cert.xrm-ms" and the slmgr.vbs goes in this folder "\System32\slmgr.vbs" -ipk KEY"

and this is where i enter key "<ProductKey>
    <Key>*****-*****-*****-*****-*****</Key>

with this, it should auto activate without entering key

OR can i use this and that be it: 7 OEM Sources folder

Using OEMSLP key will not autoactivate as long as the certificate is not there.
You can also use dism to integrate the oemslp key to your edition.

Or you can use the oem sources folder yep:).

You dont have to edit the ei.cfg unless its a retail key you have, but not even then you have to.
I suggest you use a OEMSLP key for your brand and version of windows 7 along with the right certificate.

You dont need the key part as far as i know since the oem sources folder uses oemslp keys...

    Thats a good kit :)
