How do you repair windows 8

    I am trying to repair my computer from a corrupted driver and I used the windows 8 recovery disk but it would not repair. How I can repair it from the windows 8 installation disk without losing all my files? I don't want to end up having to format my computer to reinstall windows 8.

    enter "cmd" in search and right click and click on run as admin .. enter sfc /scannow

    Honestly telling i have not try window 8,But i am still excited for this.

    The recovery-system is b*lls**t since it will delete your applications.

    Given how often an application is at fault for Windows running abnormally,keeping all apps up and running will defeat the bloody purpose of the recovery system. By the way,next time you decide to resurrect a thread - feel free to actually do so using something useful and/or interesting,instead of spewing utter BS...
