    Release CANDIDATE. Please correct the subject to avoid confusion. People may as well wait for 14.0.4734.1000 anyway, which was released to official technical testers this week.

    So this is frankenbuild?
    And is there already news regarding how office will be validated? Similar to office 2007/2003 oga or something new?

    Are you sure that the build 4730 contains the language packs?

    Yes, it's worth it. It is by far superior to 2007, especially Outlook.

    If you meant Office 2010.14.0.4734, it worked on my 2 laptop computers both with Windows 7. One is totally clean install because I have to re-install Windows 7. The other laptop, I had to unistall Office 2007 Professional. I thought that if the activation did not work, I can just re-install Office 2007 and all the emails, contacts, rules, folders and settings will be reinstalled back into Office 2007. To my pleasant surprise, once Office 2010 is activated and on first Outlook 2010 use, it re-installed all the emails, contacts, rules, files & settings of Outlook 2007 into Outloook 2010. All the account settings are maintained.

    @darel60,

    On Outlook 210 and Word 2010, both have more superior features than Office Professional 2007 Outlook & Word. Personally, it is worth it. Outlook now is a conversation style similar to Gmail.
    I will love it in time.

    Do me a favor..

    Advance your System date by a year .. and see if this expires..
    if you can.. take a screenshot of it?

    because there's already a similar method to this posted on here that works.. but it expires ..

    so i would like to know if your activation method also expires..

    thanks :)

    can you advance your system date by 2 years, and post a screenshot?
    because that's what people were telling me for the other activation method that is very similar to yours and it expired :(..

    thanks ..

    im not doubting you .. but once Office 2010 is installed.. it's a pain to remove.. this is why i would like to be sure ..
