How to edit (add or remove) entries in new right click menu in Windows 11? It is possible through registry? I haven't seen any guide. I only see guides how to restore old menu.

I downloaded UWT5 and I can't seen option to edit new context menu. I have in this menu option Open with MPC-HC and I don't see an option in UWT to remove it.
ok do as per video to remove its context menu item its there in settings of your MPC-HC Spoiler Your Thread title say How to add items to Context Menus but now asking how to remove particular item. confusion
