I recently have deleted a nearly empty partition and plan to add the free space to my rest drive partitions. But, I don’t know what I should do. Do you have any idea? How can I add the newly created unallocated space to my rest drive partitions? Any answer could be appreciated! Thanks a lot!

diskmgmt.msc, right click on empty space and extend volume.

Two possible ways for you here:
If your unallocated space is coincidentally adjacent to this partition, you can simply try to add the newly created unallocated space to your C drive in Disk Management. Just right click it there.
Or you prefer to use some partition resizing tools that are specially designed for resizing partition space freely, like IM-Magic Partition Resizer Free, GParted, Active Partition Master and more.
Note: Never forget to save all important partition data well in case of data loss.
