How to add updates from WU to WSUS?

How to add updates from WU to WSUS?
There are known UpdateIDs for outdated Windows 9x. These updates are not available in the Microsoft Catalog. But they are in Windows Update.
Can they be added to WSUS? To get direct links and files in all available languages.
