    Hi all,

I'm running Windows 10 ISO - Dutch language. 21H2 Version
But I want to change the whole system language to US - United States. Also the start menu.

I installed a system language pack, and everything went to US, which is good..
Except the Start menu.. If I type keystrokes then there are still Dutch functions of Windows 10. That should be in English.

Did someone have a fix for this?
I don't want to reinstall my system for that.

What "functions" are still in NL? Store apps have to be updated and your installed apps wont change language. I know regional settings will keep some titles/"functions" in the language even if you switched

All the settings from the Startmenu example; Draadloos apparaten, vliegtuigstand etc etc.
Also in the Settings tittle is still remain in Dutch: Systeem, Apparaten, Telefoon, Netwerk en Internet.

How to correctly change this to United States language. It must be able to change everthing and even these simple settings.

Step 6-1. Add target client language pack.
Step 6-2. Add target languagefeatures packs.
Step 6-3. Set target language as default language.
Step 6-4. Change Time and Language settings.
    Step 6-5. Modify registry.
    a. Modify HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM1\ControlSet001\Control\Nls\Language to change "InstallLanguage" and "Default" from origianl to target (e.g. 0413 to 0409).
    b. Modify HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM1\ControlSet001\Control\Nls\Locale to change "@" and "Default" from origianl to target (e.g. 0413 to 0409).
Step 6-6. (Optional) Remove original language

If Step 6-5 is set correctly, after a reboot, lpksetup will allow native language to remove.

YES! I can confirm that I changed my native language (Dutch) to United States - 0409.
I tried this several times (without registry) and still, there were sections in the menu such as Settings, in Dutch.
By changing the registry it changed every keyword of the settings. Although I was required to download the language pack Dutch again, instead of downloading it took 1 sec. to download and install... So there was a little bug. So it looks like it was holding the settings Dutch language pack.
After changing the registry after a fresh restart, I could delete the native language by step (7.0) by running ''lpksetup''.

Thank you very much for the info!

    Case solved.
