My "Sony-Vaio"(fake, actually no-brand-name )tablet was bought from internet and it is hanged when switching on/after booting.
Hence i can not restore it as manufacturing configuration and i have to install a new OS through computer connection.
How to do? How to choose a OS which can recognize and install drivers for the unknown hardwares.

Which OS is installed originally?? Why don't you backup the 3rd party drivers??

It halts immediately after entering android system.
    I think it is semi-brick.
Yes, this fake Sony was bought from Chinese web auction site"taobao" one year ago
I did not back up the drivers before And I forget the version of the android system.
The "customer device telephone number" attached on the back label is wrong. I can not get any repairing service.

Wait, its an Android device? Why don't you go to recovery & do a factory reset?

    First of all ...
When i switch it on, it halts (no response) after booting into android. Hence i can not go to the reset page.
This device is not rooted and is not USB-debug activated. It has a SD slot marked as TF.
Maybe i need to use PC to change it. I haven't connected it to PC before.
It is actually android device cos i have seen the android robot logo after halt; tho the genuine Sony avio one is windows.

you may need to try a combination of the following

press and hold power, up or down and the button on the screen

one combinations should get you to a screen that should let you do a factory reset

if the unit 'was' working, sounds like an update or app has stuffed it, so need to wipe it

Normally for Android devices I always check the source XDA. There you will find the guys that create the custom roms. I never use the stock rom.
