...but the modder told me via PM
So I guess it might be fixed - am I right?

You can flash it, there's no problem at all, but just for you know there's no need to change the RSDT if the XSDT string matches the one in the PubKey, I've tested myself.

    Ok, I understand.
But as I wrote I like it (almost) perfect.
And since the (original) modder (BIG THX for changing to SLIC 2.1!!!) does not reply I wanted to know if I can do this on my own or if anybody else would do this for me?

It's a little difficult, I read some tutorials in the Windows Vista section, that helped me to do this, Yen posted some tutorials to do this, If you wanna learn check that section, also since I couldn't change the RSDT routine (the one that changes dynamically the RSDT) in my BIOS, I think I cannot help you with that, sorry :(

    (OP)
I don't know how it shows up in the unmodded bios. I did not run SLIC Dump Toolkit with the unmodded version.
But unmodded it is Medion and now it is HP ;)

    But I guess you're right...
Although I know it can be done better I think it's much more comfortable to leave it like it is than to brick my laptop by flashing a 'too perfectly modded bios'...

    Hmm...
