How to change the font of characters under Windows 8.1

    Hello
    Can you tell me how to change the font in windows 8.1.
    It's been months since I searched and I can not find.
    I want windows opens with the font "Georgia" but I do not know how.
    Thank you kindly help me.
    PS: Sorry for my English because I'm French.
