How to change windows photo viewer border colour?

    I made windows photo viewer my default image viewer in win 10 pro.
    I want to change the border from blue to black
    How do I do that?

    I use your code but nothing happens.
    Could you explain better.

    I don't know where is the windows colour or the aero glass with aerolite.theme
