How to check Broadband usage time to time?

    Hello mdl

    This is Aditya and I have a limited BSNL broad band plan in my house.
    In this plan i have only 2.5 gb free which i can spend it in normal hours
    and unlimited net from 2am to 8am with 2 mbps speed!

    Actually earlier i used to use my net below free limit but these days i'm crossing it.
    Is there any software by which i can measure the amount of data downloaded/uploaded time to time?
    so that i can limit my net usage.
    It will be a great help to me.

    most ISPs provide online access to your usage for free so that you can monitor it
    call them and ask for it

    ya i got a site to check usage but it doesn't gives usage properly!
