How to completely wipe OneDrive Windows settings & apps?

    I deleted my computer name's settings from OneDrive online, but when I formatted and installed Windows 8.1 Pro, the moment I signed into my account, it restored all my settings and apps (which are none as in no metro apps at all) and languages and everything else.

    How to properly wipe all my history so I can make a fresh start?
