How to convert .WPH bios file to .BIN in order to reprogramme bios chip

    Hi all, after a bios update my Samsung NP-R509 notebook got stuck. I managed to extract .wph file from samsung .exe file but eprom programmer cannot program it.technician says that it must be a 2 MB .bin file. Now ı have to find a way to convert that .wph file to 2 MB .bin.

    Please help me what to do or anyone convert it to .bin for me

    just rename it to bin i think should work i have to do that for my compaq the file is .49 and i just change that to .bin but i could be totally wrong as its a different system and also mine is a desptop.

    Yes it should be go well but the point is, will the EPROM programmer recognize it.
    The technician told me thet .wph is not suitable.
    I am not sure if changing the extension could do the trick.
    A real technician who uses that programmers would tell the what is really needed
