hi is there any software to create a live cd from my windows 7 installation CD (just like PE Builder for win xp) thanks in advance
Yeah, as always it needs a bit time and experimenting to get the nuances of these tools. But once you got it, the search has ended .
ok it has many options that i dont know what they do ! at first, i downloaded the small one from here: w7pese.cwcodes.net/Compressed and this tutorial: w7pese.cwcodes.net/Compressed/Building%20a%20boot%20USB,%20DVD%20or%20CD%20based%20on%20Windows%207%20with%20Winbuilder%20and%20Win7PE%20SE%20Tutorial.pdf i put download files here: C:\win 7 live CD maker ! (not where it was downloaded) without doing this, this error pops up: Win7PE cannot run from inside a user's profile directory then started Win7PESE82_Builder software > Source tab > work directories tab > and chose my windows 7 CD didnt change anything else and then pressed Play (from top-right side) waited for process to complete butttt an error occured by deactivation antivirus, and redoing process, error fixed but another error occured! Cannot open file "%BaseDir%\ISO\Win7PE_x86.ISO". The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process: [Retrieve,FileSize,%ISOfileVar%,%sizeISO%]
In that you´re unfortunately right, but it´s not the look that is important here . As it is normally used as Repair Environment and not as a Main-OS one will survive the poor look. At least it´s much more functionable than the Standard RE from a Windows install disk.
this "ugly" means that i dont have any option.... i couldnt connect to internet... and i couldnt find any tutorial to read and solve it thanks for helping.....
nothing, i just want to be able to install softwares and connect to internet with this win 7 i have a software that doesnt work with win 8.1 (compatibility mode and other solutions didnt work) and this necessary led me here, in addition to this story, i have found various uses of windows live usb/cd and i fell in love with them! ok its not sarcasm... i Do thank you but became sad a bit...
Yeah, lurking around the next corner... Multiboot is always a good option. Using myself Win 8.1 ProfessionalWMC (SSD) and Win 7 Ultimate (HDD), via Standard Windows Bootmanager, the disks are not hidden.
Option for what? I have a little winpe project as well. Requires almost no user input. Point it at the dvd or mounted .iso, takes about 5 mins. Different from the one winbuilder makes. Run PENEtwork after getting to the desktop and you should have wireless.
well i dont tell you now what software it is ! maybe later .... ! and.... i could install google chrome in PE seditious scribes from Caesarea !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
hello! this is me! from windows 7 PE world! installed google chrome and connected to the internet ! but still.... i am connected with LAN not wi fi ... hhhmmmmm
