How to create custom boot menu?

    Hi!
    As my title says, how I can create a custom boot menu? For instance, I want to have windows xp and 7 on same dvd or usb flash drive. Something like a Hiren's, so, when I boot my dvd(or usb) then I need to choose which installation I want.
    Anyone can help me, write tutorial or give me few links? Sorry for my bad english.... Bye, thx... :)
