Making Windows 10 take up 4GB. I know there are special tools. Can you name them and how to use them?
Unfortunately there is only one tool that does this satisfactorily which is NTLite and it is paid software. You can try WinReducer which is free but it is very buggy you will be lucky if you manage to finish the Windows setup. But the reduced size alone won't give you big performance improvements if that's the focus. The biggest gain is the installation time which will be significantly reduced. Another approach would be to disable scheduled tasks and services and remove only UWP apps to maintain system integrity and full compatibility with Windows Update. If you're not a power user and don't quite know what you want this is the best approach. Many want to use Lite versions and then complain about missing features, lack of Store and absence of core components of the microsoft ecosystem.
