First question I have is "WHY???" 7 is much more memory efficient than vista, its smarter in how it uses and when it releases memory. Disabling that will only slow down your system...

you can deactivate it by doing the following steps:
    1. [windows] + R
    2. type in "cmd"
    3. type in "powercfg -H OFF" und press enter

    hope i could help you.
