How To Disable Windows Defender's Services

    why u just need to run cmd with it and then run services.msc from it

    look for the services names, wdnissvc for example and deactivate it in:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services

    start: 4 (disabled)

    Disable using group policy.

    Use the Windows key + R keyboard shortcut to open the Run command.

    Type gpedit.msc

    Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Defender Antivirus

    Double-click the Turn off Windows Defender Antivirus policy.

    Select Enabled.

    @JWilly there are no group policy on a Home version of W10 except if you hack it with reg keys somewhere on the net.
